Our Technology
Peninsula Eye Care is equipped with brand new, state-of-the-art equipment and machinery so you can be assured that we are accurately assessing your vision needs and detecting any conditions as early as possible. This technology includes:
- OCT for scanning the retina and cornea as well as imaging the fundus for documentary purposes and to give you a better understanding of the health of your eyes
- Humphrey Field Analyser (HFA-3) to examine your field of vision and rule out diseases such as glaucoma and other neurological anomalies
- Auto Refractor to make the initial refractive euro measurement. The refractor head is used to subjectively fine-tune the objective measurement from the auto refractor
